The curve of the blade combined with its length makes short work of woody stems and branches, whether green or dead. The long curved blade allow access to tricky spots such as in corners and hard to access branches and this is helped by a choice of two cutting positions. Both handle shape and material give a good grip, even when wet, and it’s also sufficiently long to use two-handed. The blade folds into the handle easily with a simple press catch.
This saw is ideal for tackling a wide range of pruning jobs on woody trees and shrubs. The efficiency of use and high quality materials make it an ideal choice for doing a lot of pruning.
Whilst this saw is one of the most expensive, the price is worth it for its efficiency and durability, especially if you have lots of pruning to do. It also comes with a limited lifetime warranty that covers errors in materials or construction, but not wear and tear from use.
